Project Description:
Dimitre's visualization provides information about urban movements during the day within greater Sao Paulo. Over 1.9 million people enter and leave Sao Paulo within the same day, coming to study and work and returning home the same day. This is called a "pendulum motion", with significant consequences for public transportation and infrastructure systems. Visualized here are the "pendulum motions" for the cities within the metropolitan area.
