Project Description:
CitNetExplorer is new software that helps you automatically analyze citation networks in the Web of Science database. Citation networks can be explored interactively by identifying clusters of closely related publications. This approach can help users analyze the development of research fields over time, identify the main literature, explore individual researchers and their networks, and help systematic literature reviews. Edges indicate citation connections among nodes, which are certain papers and authors.
